Stellar Home Sales ("we", "us", "our"), brokered by eXp Realty, operates this site to help home buyers in Lake County, Florida. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Last updated: June 2026.
1. Information we collect
You give us
- Quiz answers: target city, budget range, timeline, buyer type, financing status, must-haves, current housing situation.
- Contact details: first and last name, email, phone, preferred contact method, best time to contact.
- Consent record: the consent text shown to you, the timestamp, your browser user-agent, and the page URL where you submitted.
Collected automatically
- UTM parameters in the URL (
utm_source,utm_medium, etc.) so we know what brought you here. - If you accept the Analytics cookie category: standard Google Analytics 4 event data (pages viewed, clicks, approximate location).
- Server logs (IP address, request timing) needed for security and abuse prevention.
2. How we use it
- Respond to your home search request by phone, text, or email — based on your preferred contact method.
- Match you to relevant Lake County areas and trusted lender partners.
- Send the lead to our CRM and book follow-up.
- Measure which pages and campaigns help buyers (if you opted in to analytics).
- Detect abuse and keep the site online.
3. Who we share it with
- Stellar Home Sales agents and our brokerage partner eXp Realty.
- Lofty CRM — our lead management system.
- Resend (via the Lovable Cloud connector) — email notifications to our team.
- Calendly — only if you click to book a call.
- Lovable Cloud / Supabase — application hosting and database.
- Cloudflare — edge hosting and DDoS protection.
- Google Analytics 4 — only after you accept analytics cookies.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Communication consent (TCPA)
By submitting the buyer quiz, you expressly consent to receive calls, text messages (SMS), and emails from Stellar Home Sales and our affiliates about your home search, including via automated dialing systems. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, HELP for help, or email chris@stellarhsgroup.com to opt out of all communications.
5. Retention
We keep buyer-quiz submissions for as long as the active relationship plus up to 7 years to satisfy Florida real estate recordkeeping. Analytics data follows Google's default GA4 retention (we use 14 months). You can ask us to delete your record at any time.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you.
- Request a copy (data portability).
- Request correction or deletion.
- Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" — we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

7. Children
This site is intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Contact us to request removal of any such information.
8. Security
We use HTTPS, modern security headers, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we encourage you to use a strong email password and not share personal details over unencrypted channels.
