This site is operated by Stellar Home Sales, brokered by eXp Realty, a Florida licensed real estate brokerage, for buyer education and lead capture in Lake County, Florida and surrounding areas.

- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or stress-test the site.
- Attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or access non-public areas.
- Use the site for any unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purpose.
- Reverse engineer or copy the site's source code or content for competing services.
4. Intellectual property
All copy, graphics, page layouts, and the "Stellar Home Match" brand are owned by Stellar Home Sales or used with permission. You may share links to public pages freely. You may not republish substantial portions without written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellar Home Sales, eXp Realty, and our affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
